Finer Brand Air Caster Rigging Systems with 4 air load modules or 6 air load modules, contain the following parts:

  • Main air tube, 30 meters long with two quick connectors.
  • Air control console one unit with 4 or 6 buttons
  • Brand air tubes 6-10 meters long per piece, with 4 pcs or 6 pcs.
  • 4 air load modules or 6 air load modules. One air load module capacity from 2.5T to more than 36 tons.

All of the above parts/capacities can be customized as per demand.

Finer Brand Air Casters Control console with 4 or 6 buttons, with 4 or 6 gauges there, the buttons adjusts the air pressure and volume of each module. 

Always pay attention to the numbers on the gauge during operation, and the air pressure should not exceed 0.45Mpa.

The LOGO on the Control console can be customized as per demand.

The minimum number of Air modules is 3 pcs, This way can form a triangle to support heavy objects, which is safe and flexible.

We have a very strict quality control system, we do a series of Air caster tests before shipping. And third part tested available, If you still have no idea about our quality, Just place a trial order. You will not only trust the quality of our Air casters, but also our best service.

In general, around 5 work days can send out. We keep some accessories in stock, and assemble them when you place an order, we are able to finish one order in 5-7 days.

The ground requires no gaps, no water, and no sharp objects. Please clean the ground thoroughly. It is best to use epoxy resin or self leveling ground. If there are gaps on the ground, please seal them with tape to prevent air leakage.
